[html5] the limit of lists?

My two cents, I can see how the HTML specs are all a little vague on
what *exactly* makes a list. Authors may be left with common sense. I
wonder about Ian’s or Anne’s thoughts.

(For forms, by the way, I’d deem lists inappropriate. It’s going into
the direction of using ordered lists for sentences, for sentences are
sequences of words. That seems to be, fortunately, a boundary not so
far crossed ;)
