It says RESOLVED WONTFIX, and whilst it's obvious that bugzilla has
many flaws - surely RESOLVED DUPLICATE newbug, or INVALID would be an
appropriate way to close the bug, saying they WONTFIX the feature
request says that. Bug Tracking isn't rocket science.

It's rather a depressing state of affairs all round.
