Whatever standards organisation this eventually is submitted to, I have
very strong intent that the resulting working group be the same open group
as the WHAT working group. So "them" and "we" would be the same group of
people in that sentence.

"Open process" is one of the seven key "design principles" that Opera and
Mozilla put forward as being critical requirements for any work in this
area in our position paper at the recent Web Apps workshop:
