[whatwg] Parsing: close tag states and attributes

I wonder if it wouldn't make more sense to let end tags go through a  
different set of states instead of pretending they can contain attributes.  
This would lead to less additional parse errors you can't really do  
anything with and hopefully a somewhat clearer way on how to deal with end  
tag tokens.
