There's likely to be a section on document.write() and innerHTML; I'm not 
sure where it should go yet. Other than that, I think most of the major 
sections I hope to have in this version are already in the contents 
list (though some sections are empty or need a lot of work).

HTML4, XHTML 1.x, and DOM2 HTML.

As a rule, yes. However, it is known that previously interoperable 
presentational features are not yet described (the "Rendering" section 
will define those; such features are unlikely to become part of the HTML5 
language itself, except for the WYSIWYG editor case), and it is known that 
large sections of the Window and DocumentWindow interfaces still remain to 
be documented, as do a large number of semantic elements (like <table>).
