I like it too. Maybe some kind of machine-readable ID (like 
"user-45023" or byid="45023") could have some use, once again for 
collaborative editing, the same way as datetime use a machine-readable 
format (yyyy-mm-dd). I don't know much on this topic and Friendly name 
should be favoured if they suffice.
