[whatwg] HTML5 SQL Player

Good CDT evening to you all.

I put together a sandboxed implementation of the current HTML5 SQL
spec that allows the user to run JS code against the interfaces:

I am hoping this will be useful for gathering more thoughts on
implementation and refining the spec. The sandbox is built using
Google Gears, so this currently limits the support to FF and IE.
