As an update on this: In KDE 4, released in January this year, clicking
a text field's label focuses the field. This was not the case in KDE 3.

So, it would be appropriate for Konqueror (or, when running in KDE 4,
Firefox or Opera) to focus text fields when their <label> is clicked,
but not for browsers on other platforms. Web Forms 2 allows this
platform-specific behavior.

Cheers
