[whatwg] Twitter account

Thanks to everyone who let me know about the Twitter issues -- apparently 
after two years of having an open Twitter account, suddenly people decided 
to abuse it. I've changed the form on the WHATWG home page to require a 
password, which I will happily give to anyone who happens to want to post 
updates on the WHATWG account, as before.
