Ok. So basically we are looking for a version of the complete.html file 
with an override style sheet for black&white and no scripts?

I haven't done the styles yet but how's this otherwise?:

If that's something you can work with, then we can work out a way where I 
can make my update scripts invoke some script on your side to generate the 
document every 24 hours or some such, like the PDFs. (Mail me privately to 
set this up off-list.)
